2 HOUR
Equipment returned after 2 hours but within 4 hours charged at 4 hour rate.
4 HOUR
Equipment returned after 4 hours but within 24 hours charged at the day rate.
1 DAY
Any 24 hour period during the work week. Late charges will accrue if equipment is returned after 24 hours. To receive the day rate on Saturday, equipment must be returned by 4:00 PM.
WEEK
7 consecutive day rental will be charged at 3 x day rate.
MONTH
28 consecutive day rental will be charged at 9 x day rate
WEEKEND
Equipment picked up by the below date and time must must return all equipment by 8:30 AM Monday.
- Patrons Picking up equipment by after 3 PM on Friday will be charged a 1.5 Day Rate.
- Patrons Picking up equipment before 1 PM on Saturday will be charged a 1 Day Rate.
- Patrons Picking up equipment by after 1 PM on Saturday will be charged a 4 hour – 1 Day Rate.
HOLIDAYS
( Applies only on holidays when All Seasons is closed)
Equipment picked up after 4 PM the day prior to the holiday and returned by 8:30 AM the next business day will be charged a 1 day rental rate.
MONDAY HOLIDAYS
( Applies only on holidays when All Seasons is closed)
Equipment picked up by the below date and time must must return all equipment by 8:30 AM Tuesday.
- Patrons Picking up equipment by after 3 PM on Friday will be charged a 1.5 Day Rate.
- Patrons Picking up equipment before 3 PM on Saturday will be charged a 4 hour – 1 Day Rate.
DEPOSIT TERMS
A Valid Driver’s License and Major Credit Card are required for all rentals.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full is due when rental equipment is returned. Payment may be made by cash or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Checks will only be accepted from approved customers.
FUEL CHARGE
Customer is responsible for fuel usage on certain pieces of rental equipment. These items must be refueled before returning or a fuel charge will be added to the rental contract.
METERED EQUIPMENT
8 hours of meter time allotted to each 24-hour rental period. An additional charge applied if allotted meter time is exceeded.
DELIVERY
Rental rates are based on Yard Pick-up. Delivery available at an additional charge.
CARE OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Customer agrees to care for the rental equipment properly, to use it within its rated capacity, to restrict its use to qualified personnel, and to prohibit anyone other than All Seasons personnel to repair equipment. Customer agrees to pay for all damage to the equipment resulting from improper use or abuse. The customer will also be responsible for all tire damage or flats.
CLEANING CHARGE
Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as it went out. Customer agrees to pay a cleaning charge for any equipment returned in excessively dirty condition.
RESERVATIONS
We will reserve equipment if your account is in good standing and we receive a nonrefundable deposit before the date of rental.
